Baba Ghanoush is a sort of popular dip in the Middle East usually eaten with pita bread. It is made from various seasonings with eggplant. Tabbouleh is an arabic salad dish made with bulgur, finely chopped parsley, mint, tomato, scallion, and many other herbs. It’s made with lemon juice, and olive oil. Shawarma is a middle eastern sandwich made of shaved lamb, goat, or chicken. Kibbeh is made with minced meat, bulgur and spices. It is sometimes considered the national food of Lebanon. Manakish is an arabic food made of cheese and ground meat.
